The LLC-EBDHS range is an increased performance PIR presence detector developed for high bay lighting control in areas with demanding spaces and increased mounting heights. It is responsive to the constant shift of an organisation’s lighting needs by being programmable and adjustable to produce an exceptionally accurate detection beam.

This state-of-the-art wireless technology enables modern smartphones, tablets and even smart watches to be a lighting controller. Their lighting control technology can be integrated into luminaires and LED drivers to create a highly functional solution with minimal cost and installation effort.

Many LLC-Casambi enabled detectors offer only sensing without any control outputs, requiring the use of additional LLC-Casambi nodes or LLC-Casambi enabled drivers within luminaires. LLC-Casambi enabled detectors posses both a switched output and a broadcast DALI output allowing control of luminaires without any additional devices. With no additional nodes required per lighting fixture, huge cost savings can be made.

In an office application, triggering a detector sends a Bluetooth signal to all associated devices within the wireless mesh. The end user benefits from this decentralised set up with app based control via a smart device.

Accurate daylight harvesting balances luminaire output with the natural lighting available. The compact LLC-EBDSPIR and the LLC-EBDMR mid-range detectors will then send a signal to adjust the light output of the luminaires within a specified area, ensuring the efficient use of energy and maintaining a comfortable, safe working environment.

Separate dimming and relay outputs gives extra flexibility within the space.

LLC-EBDSPIR-CB 

LLC-Casambi wireless enabled compact PIR detectors provide automatic control for lighting and ventilation loads. They work together in flexible groups with Casambi enabled lighting and other smart building devices.

The PIR sensor can be mounted either flush into a ceiling tile or using a surface mounting box. Its low profile design means the unit can be mounted in a narrow ceiling void. No external control boxes are required as the unit is self-contained. Simple plug-in connections reduce installation time.

The LLC-EBMPIR-MB series of batten mount PIR presence detectors provide automatic control of lighting loads. It has been specifically designed for mounting onto a batten style luminaire allowing retrofit upgrades to existing lighting systems. The units are IP65 rated and are therefore suitable for outdoor use as well as wet and wash-down areas.

Three models are available: premium (PRM), direct dim (DD), and analogue dim (AD) all of which will switch a wide range of luminaires. The direct dim variant controls DALI or DSI digital dimming ballasts, whilst the analogue dim variant controls 1–10V dimming ballasts. Functionality is fully programmable using either the UHS5 or UNLCDHS handsets.

The LLC-MWS6 is a mid-range microwave presence/absence detector for the automatic control of lighting, heating and ventilation.

This detector has a low profile design which allows flush mounting into a ceiling tile, or surface mounting using a detector back box. Its reduced head size makes it unobtrusive to occupants. The MWS6 detects movement using a highly sensitive microwave detector. The simple plug in connections reduce installation time. The optional infrared remote handset allows the user to override the set up.

Functionality is fully programmable using either the UHS5 or UNLCDHS handsets.

LLC-SA-MWS3A Adjustable head, long range, flush mounted, ceiling, microwave presence/absence detector

Unlike fixed head microwave presence detectors the MWS3A offers a unique presence/absence detection capability by using an adjustable head.

This incorporates an innovative locking mechanism to prevent tampering. By changing the angle of the head, different detection patterns can be achieved to suit the application. An integral sensitivity adjustment allows the detector to be fine tuned to its environment.

The MWS3A is ideal for corridor lighting control.

The microwave presence detector is self contained and can be flush or surface mounted using a separate detector back box. The microwave sensor is sensitive to movement. The simple plug in connections reduce installation time.
